Introductory Meeting
phase 1

During our first meeting we will review your company goals and vision.

We will review the details of: location of choice(CTC, Place of Business, Online), number of participants, and preference of fitness modalities(yoga, meditation, breath work, sound bowls, workouts, boxing, chiropractic care, acupuncture care).

Planning/Outlook
phase 2

In this phase of the process CTC will plan and coordinate to configure a schedule that is based off the goals and preferences of your company and team.

Schedule Confirmation
phase 3

We will review and finalize the schedule and set a start date.

Experience/Review
phase 4

On the set date your team will be able to enjoy and gain the mental and physical wellness benefits of your corporate wellness plan. We can review at the end of every month and make adjustments for the proceeding month.
