At Culture Training Club, we acknowledge that everyone has different health and fitness goals.That’s why we provide a monthly personalized wellness plan & private in person monthly one-on-one training sessions tailored to our client’s needs and abilities.

During your in person session we will review your goals, do a fitness assessment, run through a workout, and review wellness plan recommendations.

That's why we created our online studio. 

The app allows you to receive workout, breath work and meditation programs tailored to your needs, access to habit tracker, custom meal plan, workout library to create your own workouts, and a calendar to organize your workout plan.
